Community

Cairns School of Chinese has a very strong link to the local community including families, businesses, local Chinese associations, schools and universities. The connections are built via on-site activities, excursions, business training, donation, academic competitions and professional development. The projects that we proudly suppot include James Cook University Young Language Ambassador Programme, MLTAQ Cairns Chinese Speaking competition, Chinese New Year Celebrations in local schools and Chinese proficiency tests in the regional area. We welcome and encourage all community members and stake holders to join us in the journey of education.
